Client Portal
A client portal your clients actually want to use.
No separate login. No generic dashboard. Your logo, your colors, your domain feel, built into the same workspace where you run the rest of the client relationship.
The problem
Most "client portals" are bolted onto a project management tool as an afterthought, or they're a separate product entirely (another login, another bill, another thing to keep in sync). Clients end up guessing where things stand. Your team ends up answering "where are we on this?" by email, again.
What the portal actually gives your clients
Onboarding progress
Tracked step by step, so they always know what's next.
Documents
Proposals, contracts, and invoices they can view, sign, and pay from one place.
Files
Shared folders they can browse without asking you to resend anything.
Messages
A real chat thread with your team, not a support ticket queue.
Their own branded login
No app to download, no account required during onboarding (magic link), a real account once they're an active client.
Built to feel like your agency, not ours
Your logo, your brand color, your own branded portal link. Every surface a client sees, including the pages where they sign a contract or pay an invoice, carries your brand. They never see ours.
Proof, not a mockup
Agency Hub Co runs RAE Business Management's day-to-day client operations. Eight active clients move through this exact portal every week, checking onboarding progress, reading messages, paying real Stripe-processed invoices. If something breaks, we're the first ones to hit it, not you.
FAQ
Do my clients need to create an account?
It depends on where they are in the process. During onboarding, proposals, contracts, questionnaires, they access everything through a magic link. No account, no password to remember. Once they're an active client with their own portal, they create an account in under a minute from a branded invite link.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Logo, brand color, and a branded portal link that's yours, not a generic subdomain. Contract templates and signing pages carry your brand too.
Is the portal secure?
Your agency's data, and your clients', is isolated at the database level (row-level security), so no client can ever see another client's information, and no other agency can see yours.
What if I only want a portal, not the whole platform?
The portal is part of the same workspace where you run onboarding, tasks, and communication, rather than a separate product bolted on top. One system instead of six is the whole point.
